Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the GAILORD PHOTON site and the acquisition of Gailord Bovrisse's photonic works (1/1 prints, numbered limited editions, high-density files). By using the site, you accept these terms.

Each work is produced generatively and uniquely from a detection seed. A 1/1 print exists in a single copy. A limited edition includes a defined number of copies (for example /8 or /25), each bearing a number assigned at the time of purchase and recorded in the sales registry.

Previews displayed before purchase are watermarked and in reduced quality; the full render, seed and metadata are reserved for buyers via the buyer area and the certificate of authenticity.

Bookings are confirmed by email. The edition number is assigned according to the order in which orders are confirmed and cannot be duplicated or changed. The certificate of authenticity (seed, palette, render fingerprint, serial number, integrity seal) is generated for each copy.

The works and their representations remain the property of Gailord Bovrisse. Purchase transfers ownership of the physical copy or file acquired, within the limits described by the certificate. No right of reproduction, public distribution or commercial exploitation is granted, unless expressly stated otherwise in the certificate.

The buyer agrees not to resell, copy or distribute the full render, the seed or the high-density files outside the authorized scope, and not to disclose a copy's seed in a way that would jeopardize its uniqueness.

The site is provided as is. Gailord Bovrisse cannot be held responsible for technical interruptions, temporary unavailability of the service, or indirect damages related to the use of the site. Artistic claims (QUANTIC ARTIST, photonic art) belong to the project's conceptual and poetic register.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution before any legal action.
