Data collected on the GAILORD PHOTON site is processed by Gailord Bovrisse, who is responsible for the GAILORD PHOTON artistic project.

When browsing the site and making purchases, we may collect: your email address (booking, order, access to the buyer area), the collector's name and the certificate ID that you voluntarily provide to us.

Previews, prints and documents generated in your browser (file, certificate, numbering registry) are largely produced locally and are not transmitted to third-party servers, except when you choose to book or purchase.

The data is used to: process bookings and orders, assign and confirm edition numbers, issue certificates of authenticity, maintain the sales registry, and provide buyer support. It is never resold to third parties.

The LIVE CAPTATION mode of the studio uses your front camera only after you explicitly allow it. Frames are analysed in real time inside your browser to derive a luminance, movement and presence field. No image, video or biometric data is uploaded, recorded or stored on any server, and the camera stream stops as soon as you stop the captation or leave the page.

The VOCAL VIBRATION mode uses your microphone under the same conditions. The sound is measured locally to extract loudness and spectral bands that vibrate the photon field. When VERBAL CAPTION is enabled, the browser speech engine transcribes your words so they can become the legend of the work. Depending on your browser, that transcription may be processed by the speech service of your operating system or browser vendor. No audio is recorded or stored by this site, and the microphone stops as soon as you turn the voice off or leave the page.

Processing is based on the performance of a contract (order) and, for handling contact requests, on your consent. The retention period is limited to what is necessary for the purposes described, in particular the traceability of numbered prints and certificates.

The site uses cookies and devices strictly necessary for its operation. Display preferences (spectral palette, spectrum on or off) are stored in the URL or locally in your browser. Anonymous traffic statistics may be collected by the hosting platform for technical purposes.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. You can exercise these rights by writing to: studio@gailord.art.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data collected against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure, including encryption of exchanges.
